What to write to us about

What we cannot help with
NickPUBG is an independent fan tool. We cannot unban accounts, restore names, refund UC or rename cards, or contact game publishers for you. Those requests need to go through the official in-game support of BGMI or PUBG Mobile.
Please never send us
Your game password, login codes, Character ID or payment details. We will never ask for them, and any message claiming to be from NickPUBG that does ask is not from us.
