This page explains how the NickPUBG Team decides what to publish, where the names and symbols come from, how we check them and how we fix mistakes.
1. How we choose topics
We publish a page only when it helps a BGMI or PUBG Mobile player do something specific: build a name, pick a clan tag, find a symbol, or rename without wasting a card. We look at the questions players search for and at the names people build on our own tool. We do not create near-identical pages for small keyword variations. Related ideas go on one stronger page.
2. Where the material comes from

3. How we judge whether a character will work in a name
We do not have access to every device and game version, so we do not claim a name is tested on all of them. Instead we apply a documented technical rule and say so on the page:
- Characters in Unicode’s Basic Multilingual Plane (one UTF-16 code unit, such as ꧁ ༒ ★ 亗) are the most widely accepted in mobile game name fields.
- Emoji and other supplementary-plane characters (two UTF-16 code units, a “surrogate pair”) and stacked combining marks are more often rejected or shown as boxes. These items are marked with a dashed border.
- Where we quote a character limit, we say whether it comes from an official source.
4. Who writes and who checks
Pages are prepared by the NickPUBG Team with the help of automated drafting and data tools. A page is published only after a review of its facts, links, images and item lists against the rules on this page. Pages are signed “NickPUBG Team” because we do not publish individual staff names. We never invent authors, credentials or test results.
5. Images
Illustrations are created for NickPUBG: a generated background with our own text and layout on top. We do not use official game logos, character art or screenshots of official assets.
6. Corrections
If something is wrong, tell us with the page link. Confirmed factual errors are corrected, and the page’s “updated” date changes only when the content really changes. Significant site-wide changes are logged on the Changelog.
7. Review cycle
Guides about game rules are re-checked about every three months, and sooner after a major game update. Name and symbol lists are refreshed when the decoration library or community data changes.
